Art on the Ave has been a transformative experience for many local artists, including myself.
Coming together with other artists in the community, in the Slatterly Park neighborhood, was such a bonding and supportive experience.
One year I was honored to be able to display my 10' Mandala creation, "Re-Imagine", installed onto and hanging from a large neighborhood tree.
In 2023 I collaborated with other area fiber artists to create large crocheted mandala installation.
It was a disappointment when the Art on the Ave Board decided to take a break, to "re-imagine" this wonderful community event, but we will be excited to attend again in the future!
